Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Free from marks, stains, or damage

• Returned with original tags and packaging

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll sort it out with a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@mukulri.co with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos (for faulty or incorrect items)

We’ll get back to you with next steps.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. You’ll be notified once your exchange, store credit, or refund has been completed.
