Meet Emrhan Tjapanangka Sultan, an artist from the Western Arrarnta, Luritja, Kokatha, and Yankunytjatjara peoples born and raised in Mparntwe Alice Springs. He started painting traditional Desert art from a young age, guided by his family of artists. Tjapanangka is unique because he mixes old and new art styles, using digital designs and new colours, as well as hand painting on canvas.

In 2022, he co-founded Solid Lines, an agency for First Nations illustrators. The following year, Solid Lines won the top Indigenous Design Award at the Good Design Awards.
